This project was carried out in two phases, the first being to conduct a literature review of issues relating to the Liquor Licensing Act. The final product will include abstracts of relevant key literature that might inform the 'Competition Review of the Liquor Licensing Act'. The second phase was a submission to the Competition Review of the Liquor Licensing Act on behalf of the Executive Director of Public Health, WA Health Department.
