Provision of evaluation services to the Warlpiri early Childhood Care and Development Program 2008-2011. This will involve an initial visit to each of the four Warlpiri communities to meet with community members, negotiate the objectives and methodology for the evaluation and collect some baseline data. Subsequent visits will collect a combination of qualitative and quantitative data to measure the extent to which the early childhood programs are meeting their short and medium term goals.
