Save the Date: NDRI Symposium returns in 2025

The National Drug Research Institute’s (NDRI) research symposium is returning next year, with the event scheduled for March 2025.

After a pandemic-enforced hiatus, and NDRI hosting the international Kettil Bruun Society symposium in 2024, the 2025 NDRI symposium will be hosted in partnership with WANADA and precede the WA Alcohol and other Drugs Conference.

Participants who attend both events will receive a discount on registration fees.

“The NDRI symposium program is planned to include presentations and panel sessions on research into alcohol and illicit drug policy, harm, prevention and trends as well as providing participants direct access to established world leaders in alcohol and other drug research” NDRI Director Professor Simon Lenton said.

“We are also keen for the symposium to highlight the incredible work our early career and PhD scholars are producing as well as the community and research collaborations that are integral to our research, while being a fantastic opportunity to meet and network with the AOD sector.”

The 2025 NDRI Symposium is scheduled for 4 March 2025. To be notified when early bird registrations open, email ndri@curtin.edu.au.
