The focus of the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness and appropriateness of NIDE in terms of original project goals and objectives. A comparison of the outcomes of the NIDE project will be made against stated goals and objectives (as per the Business Plan). An analysis of the results generated through the evaluation will be provided to explain variations in terms of stated goals and objectives and actual achievements.
