Aims:

  1. Investigate overseas cannabis reform approaches and outcomes;
  2. Work collaboratively with national stakeholders to translate and model reform options and outcomes to Aotearoa/NZ;
  3. Identify the normative values placed on reform objectives and outcomes by affected groups, such as Māori and Pasifika.
