Dr Peter Higgs

Peter Higgs has a BSW and has worked with marginalised populations in Melbourne, Sydney, Vietnam, Indonesia and China for over 20 years. Peter completed an MA in Asian and International Studies at Victoria University and a PhD (Monash University) on risk and ethnic Vietnamese heroin users. His field based research has been focussed on risk and people who inject drugs. He is currently a a senior lecturer at La Trobe University.
