August Connections Newsletter now online

Included in the August edition of Drug and Alcohol Research Connections are an Opinion article on Understanding the impact of opioid agonist treatment in reducing crime and a Research Focus article on Understanding alcohol-related harms in older Australians.

Connections is a free, bi-monthly, online newsletter published jointly by three of Australia’s leading drug and alcohol research centres: the National Drug Research Institute (NDRI) in Perth; the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC) in Sydney; and the National Centre for Education and Training on Addiction (NCETA) in Adelaide.

Read about the latest research, publications, news and events from the three centres, with a focus on the translation of research into policy and practice, as well as commentary and opinion on current issues of importance to the alcohol and other drug field.
