• Investigate, map and characterise recent and current research activity in Drug Health Services (DHS), South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD);
• Develop research questions, review literature, and draft grant proposal in relation to the application for funding to develop an Academic Unit bid;
• Produce technical report on the proposal for a feasible, clinically relevant and population-appropriate research program (eg CALD, Aboriginal Australians, young people, LGBTI people who use drugs), aligned to one or more funding models.
