The aim of the project is to disseminate the Helping change package throughout Western Australia and to train key professionals and workforce development staff in its use in the AOD field. The objectives of the training program will be to: * Present the training package to key stake holders from agencies across regional and metorpoitan Western Australia, * Increase knowledge, skills and confidence to conduct volunteer AOD programs, * Enable participants to familiarise themselves with the program and adapt it to specific audiences in their own areas, * Develop strategic plans to implement training in their own area
