Creating Healthy Workplaces Project Evidence Review

The project team will undertake a review of national and itnernational published and 'grey' literature to identify and describe evidence that can inform the development of best practice to prevent and reduce alcohol related harm in the workplace. Strategies might include implementation of policy, effective health promotion strategies, system and structure approaches (e.g. supervision; establishment of workplace norms around alcohol; work conditions; alcohol availability), rehabilitative approaches and alcohol use controls (e.g. workplace bans; alcohol testing regimes).
