This is a report on the first part of a two stage project commissioned by the Australian National Council on Drugs (ANCD). The report identifies the number and nature of programs that specifically target Indigenous people who are experiencing drug and alcohol related problems, and the amount of direct expenditure upon them. It includes maps of the distribution of services and total and per capita expenditure by ATSIC region.
